Not all the projects can be named or described while they're going on, for the usual reasons of stopping other people stealing them and mucking them up. To keep sensible references to them (instead of "the thing", "the other thing", etc), they will be assigned codenames. This will keep us all sane. In theory.
The most publicly visible sign of the projects will be the tracking database on this site, which can show in-depth information about envisaged, ongoing, and old schemes.
